Likely to screw over sumolings at first chance it gets
We have been looking for an intercom alternative for some time now and was really happy to see a product like dashly on Appsumo.
The red flags sadly started to appear early on. We asked a number of questions that went unanswered on the questions section on appsumo, but hey we let it slid. Red flag 1.
We then contacted Dashly directly with questions and again they went unaswered. Red flag 2.
We then got very confusing information about additional offers that Dashly were offering. It transpired they were offering extras for people to provide good reviews. Red flag 3.
We mistakenly decided they were just really busy and their front facing team were not great with communication. So we fully stacked so as not to miss out. The problems continued when we tried to figure out what features we actually had and what was missing. For a fully stacked sumoling, you appeared to miss out on quite a few features so not really a good LTD. Red flag 4.
The last straw came when I asked to escalate my queries with Dimitrii and was initially ignored or forgotten, take your pick and then when I chased, ultimately point blank told they basically were not bothered. Terrible customer service. Red flag 5.
A real shame. Hopefully Appsumo will bring along some other intercom competitor which we will fully stack with and hopefully get a full product with great customer service.
I believe we have just dodged a bullet with this one. Refund requested.
I also bought Tier 5 and am delighted with both Dashly and the team. Several support requests were answered completely very quickly. Anytime again! I have also spent several hours testing the platform and am thrilled.
Despite having a lot of chat apps, I still purchased Tier 5 of Dashly. Here is my take:
- The UI is clean and nicely designed, despite that the app has a lot of features. It looks elegant and "luxury", giving me a convenient experience of navigating around.
- The features are rich with a lot of options (though please note that some must be purchased as add-ons, a minus point)
- There are lot of native integrations (not to mention you can use Pabbly / Integrately or other apps for additional integrations)
- Triggered messages are very handy (although there is also a limitation there, even for Tier 5).
All in all, I like Dashly, a lot. I immediately purchased Tier 5, and so far I still think it is a good decision. It would be sweeter though if Dashly can consider enabling some more add-ons, especially for Tier 5.

I'm not a software/web guy by trade, I am in-fact a self employed landscaper. This has been one of the easiest webtools I've ever used! Having so many included features meant less need for 3rd party integrations which was one of the greatest headaches I suffered trying to figure out all this web stuff. Not to mention when integration is needed it's fairly easy to do.
To any of the 1-2 man operations out there, I highly recommend this product!
