I do not recommend this software and especially this company
I am a customer of this software on App Sumo and I must say that I am really disappointed. First of all, the communication of this company is a real disaster. The first announcements are full of interesting features, but the next ones take everything away without any clear explanation. It's incomprehensible!
Furthermore, the blackmail of feature vs comment is really pathetic. This company forces you to leave comments on third party sites to unlock features that should be available from the start. This is an LTD that is already so clamped down that it looks like a free trial plan from any competitor.
The pricing policy of this company is also outrageous. Everything is optional and everything costs a fortune. There are limits everywhere and this is not at all what you would expect from a customer support solution.
Supporting multiple sites is a rip-off. You can't even add a tab properly to customise the design or messages. A $549 license is simply a widget that you can stick on each site with no chance for separate customization.
Finally, this company is unlikely to update the features. You will be left out and have to pay for add-ons that should be essential features.
The software itself is OK, but not better than its competitors, with very limited customisation options and many barriers to use. The functions are basic and there is nothing innovative. I tested Board Support which is on AppSumo and was able to do 100 times more for 100 times less with no limits.
I recommend you not to buy this software. The founders have no entrepreneurial spirit or support for their customers. Their unhealthy policy will waste a lot of your time and energy. For me, it's a refund and a taco!
