Its a great platform. Has so many features to nurture and get leads. 2 major issues for us.

1 - The bot builder UI is a little difficult and needs some imporvements. Such as different view options (list, mindmap, magnifier), text sizing (labels to elements get cut off when zooming out

2 - The lack of the knowledge base at any level of the deal makes us in the process of a refund. Mostly because its an add-on with a monthly price
