I currently use Clay to
(a) grab a list of companies in X niche in Y metro area free. (Clay has a 1 credit "better" Google Map scrape and a free option ) This gives me basic info (website / phone / address / etc) for the brick and mortar co's.
Then I use LLM mixed with the web scraper to see if:
(b) They offer abc thing
(c) pricing for abc thing (prompt is to look at pricing table)
(d) I'm able to use the Clay formatter to return this as structured data
(e) find owner of biz and owner email using waterfall (only about 30% of list usually works, despite the waterfall)
(f) Use Built With (using clay credits (so I don't need to have Built with acct) to find a very specific tool in the tech stack.
(g) Scrape website looking for Z to use LLM to write extremely personilized intor sentence for cold outreach email
(h) auto-export this via sync to google sheets (so I can use Pabbly from that Google sheets to send to CRM and cold outreach email too.)

Of each one of these steps (a through h) that I do in my workflow, can you tell me:
--Which of these can I do right now with databar
--which ones will I be able to do in the near future and when (ballpark eta okay)
--which aren't in the immediate (this quarter or next) roadmap.
--if this is my workflow, is databar a better fit for me, and why?
