Databar is paving its way to being a great product. While it's certainly not perfect, and there's clearly a lot of work to be done, it has many strengths in its current form and a lot of potential as a Clay alternative. I invested in this because I'm confident I can achieve a ROI within 3 months using the allocated credits. Combining my own API keys with these credits, I believe I could accomplish this in just 4-6 weeks, so a worthwhile investment imho.

Overall, the support has been quite good. It can be a bit slow at times, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. They always get back to me eventually, and it's reasonable to understand that launches and campaigns like this can strain resources due to the influx of queries, bug reports, and onboarding requests.

I encountered a bug in my account, and David promptly offered an invitation to do a video call to look into the issue. We had this call today, and he assured me it would be resolved quickly.

If you're in the market for a Clay alternative and are willing to be patient with ongoing development, this is definitely one to consider. I have a strong feeling this could become one of those talked-about tools that people later wish they had grabbed when they had the chance.
