Solid tool
This tool is similar to hexomatic, but better as it offers some good API. I particularly like the lead gen API. The problem with the tool is that for 599 usd max tier the amount of credits is low. Around 4 k per month. I Already consumed 1 k today, in a 1 day. Also, the team is not answering questions. Support is poor which is bad because the tool has some complex features and there are few explaining videos. Overall a buy recommandation especially if you do leadgen.

With regards to support - we respond to questions on email & in our Discord channel within 24hours. I just saw your questions in our QA & responded to those just now - usually I batch-respond to AppSumo questions once a week, because so many questions get repeated (if you take a look we've had 160+ questions asked & all of them have been answered so far). I agree that the product can be overwhelming sometimes (& we're working on fixing that via simpler UIs), we also have a doc which explains many of the features quite well (here's the link: docs.databar.ai). But overall, I do agree support can always be better & we're working on improving it - just brought in one more person to cover communication with users & tutorials.
Regarding the limit for API Network credits - it's the way it is because Network Credits are used towards third party APIs & we unfortunately can't control or set the prices of third party data providers. However, I think the credits provided even in Tier 4 should give you a lot of room to scrape the web, find emails, and enrich company data points.
