Q: I really would like to love the product because it would solve a problem.
Support has been extremely helpful but was unable to solve the most critical problem. I added Shopify as a data source and it has been fetching my data for a few days now. With that kind of speed, the product does not make sense. Feels like they are still prototyping and fetching the data manually in the background

At this point we have more than 200 integrations from Sumo-lings. 40% of those connections are Shopify stores. The problem with your case is that sometimes Shopify sends the data in a way we didn't did not contemplate in our code. We've been working in your specific case to include in our code the way Shopify sends us the data in those rare cases. Our team is 100% dedicated to solve the issue and you should be able to fetch the data without a problem this week. The good news is that this rare cases will be solved for every new user. The bad news is that our experience was not as smooth for you and we do apologize for that. Thanks for your patience.
