For some reason, due to my Google Adwords account losing its connection to the software, they took away my ability to use it. I don't understand that at all.
I´ve tried Datagran for some weeks now, but i cannot say that i am completely satisfied. After connecting the channels, SQL data´s lines, and much more (2 weeks work), i finally got it to work. Could show some good stats to board members, and they were impressed/satisfied.
After a few weeks i wanted to connect again to the system, but i got locked out completely: "removed Datagran’s access". We didn´t do anything, and trying to recover the access by yourself is not possible without emailing support.
After 2 weeks of emailing with support, sending screenshots, giving answers, i gave up today, and wrote this review.
My recommendation to the owners: The customer should be king, and even if they have NOT the option to give you access to your account, just be sure to "serve" the customer with an solution. For me, i´m done with this, and going to better tools and support. 2 Taco´s for the good results, -3 for the bad support.
Save your time when doing Google and Facebook Ads. Before I had to spend a long time doing this manually. Now, I can set it and forget. Make sure to give it time to settle down at the start and don't freak out if you don't get great initial results! It's a process!!
I asked a few days ago how can I integrate with WooCommerce. Still waiting for an answer. Couldn't test the service yet, might change # of tacos in the future.
