Nope, not satisfied...
I´ve tried Datagran for some weeks now, but i cannot say that i am completely satisfied. After connecting the channels, SQL data´s lines, and much more (2 weeks work), i finally got it to work. Could show some good stats to board members, and they were impressed/satisfied.
After a few weeks i wanted to connect again to the system, but i got locked out completely: "removed Datagran’s access". We didn´t do anything, and trying to recover the access by yourself is not possible without emailing support.
After 2 weeks of emailing with support, sending screenshots, giving answers, i gave up today, and wrote this review.
My recommendation to the owners: The customer should be king, and even if they have NOT the option to give you access to your account, just be sure to "serve" the customer with an solution. For me, i´m done with this, and going to better tools and support. 2 Taco´s for the good results, -3 for the bad support.
