To use enrichment features first of all you need to connect you data providers. We have several integrated, but feel free to suggest new oens if you don't find yours. Data providers are tools like Apollo, Clearbit, RocketReach, etc. You can find the full list here: https://datamorf.io/integrations

Then, when you set up a workflow, on the first workflow tab you can select which data providers you want to use to do an enrichment on contact or company level (or both).
