It is basically a workflow automation tool, such as Zapier or n8n. Think about it as: "when X happens, then do that".
X here can be anything that can send a signal to datamorf: form submission, payment received, or any webhook integration. Then, in the platform, you can trigger some actions automatically.

This is a pretty simple answer which Google can provide. The root word of enrichment, you might notice, is "enrich"...generally, to add something. So, a practical example, you scrape Google Businesses, you might want to know the Industry/Codes and Revenue/Range, and you need the employees, which you might get from LinkedIn. Even then, you might be looking for email addresses and phone numbers...all those are enrichments.
