Q: Can you confirm if the one user that will be developing reports requires Power BI Premium or Power BI Premium Per User?
These are two separate license types. Also, can they just have a Power BI Professional license?

Thanks. Just to confirm, do you mean theyāll need a premium per user license? Or a premium capacity? Iām aware of the PBI embedded capacity though but Iām more interested in the premium per user license.
