This is a Big Boy Tool, but B2C Need Not Apply

I wanted to pick up this tool because honestly I was intrigued. I wanted to see what all the hype was about. To be honest once I got in the deal rooms I realized that this was not your average tool. It has a high cost to ownership even for an LTD. The reason why is because it is built very sturdy. It is not cheaply built. In fact if you do any type of Business to Business prospecting this would be an excellent tool to close deals with. Make no mistake about it, this is not a Business 2 Consumer type of tool. It is way to expensive to deploy like that. I love the analytics but I think there should be even more inside this tool. Has lots of integrations but appears to be hand selected integrations that does not allow me to plug into the tools I use on the regular here on Appsumo. The backend of this tool is not open unless you use Sales Force, Zoho, etc. I think they have Zapier coming but right now if I want to present high level presentations in a nicely created Deal Room for a Business Client I would pick this tool up. I love the chat feature where you can even see if a client is on line after viewing the status and him spending a lot of time on your pricing page. You could just DM them via the built in chat to see if they had any questions. I will call this a "Smart Digital Sales Room" One thing I was caught up on that really did not sit right with me is the fact that I could not customize my room color. The second thing was once a room was built it was built and I really could not delete that room do to the fact that it is tied to analytics of that particular customer. Overall not a bad tool I just wish it gave me more range in how I could deploy it. In it's current state it is a true B2B tool that if deployed right could close you enough deals to justify the price or the cost of upgrading and buying more deal rooms. I think they are on to something but kind of fits a niche market here on Appsumo.

Great Product, Amazing Support

I'll start by saying I'm returning this product. This is simply because I have a very similar great product and this just doesn't add enough benefit to me for switching. That said I wanted to still write a review primarily because of the amazing support. Before I get to that I'll hit on the product. It's a very viable and great product and I highly recommend at least trying it. I had no complaints on it, though I honestly didn't spend a huge amount of time testing it, but rather seeing if it was worth a switch from what I currently use.
The Customer Support. Customer Support is huge to me, and I think most of us on here. And the customer support was top level. I had a little bit of a tricky issue I was trying to resolve..went through the AI assistant and finally said let me talk to a person. Within probably 3-5 minutes I had both owners (I believe they both are) on a Zoom call helping me resolve it. Not only that but after it was good they continued to provide some general tips completely unrelated to my issue, but on how to best utilize the platform. Of note..they didn't have any reason to believe I was going to return it so there wasn't a sales agenda effort going on...just amazing support. While it doesn't fit me I hope the company does great here and wish them the best.
