Q: Would it be possible in the future to pass data from a form for example formaloo, qwary, native forms, or ...

fluent forms, to have the rules or decisions triggered easily via Pabbly or Zapier?

Or will API calls be the only option

Into DecisionRules you can currently pass data only via REST API.
We are internally discussing new ways such as Zapier, but we don't have an expected date.

If you add automation tools, launch with Pabbly Connect - they integrate with most of the newer LTDs.

You can use their API with Pabbly or Integromat. They have HTTP modules that you can configure to work off their API. It looks complex, but it’s not that bad. I had zero coding background, but learning JSON is pretty easy.
