I can't recommend this highly enough. Within a couple of hours, I created a stunning presentation that's way more beautiful than anything I could have made in PowerPoint. The templates are really nice looking and all design settings are global within the presentation, which forces you to maintain a consistent look-feel. Even though the settings are global, you can still switch between different presentations and layouts for each slide, so it's not like all slides have to follow the same template. In fact, there are several dozen templates to choose from, including timelines, various bullet lists, icon lists, image lists, etc...

Another benefit of this over PowerPoint is that it's a web application, which makes it easy to publish, share, embed, etc... You can also create forms to collect responses from viewers and it includes analytics, so you can tell how your viewers are interacting with your presentation. There are tons of other features that I haven't even mentioned. My advice is to buy this and try creating a simple presentation. You'll be blown away by how easy it is and how nice and professional the finished product looks.
