I'm very sorry about the issues you have been experiencing. We've had a few stints over the past few days where our cloud provider (AWS) was unable to allocate enough GPU based servers for us for our users, which caused some videos during certain time periods to fail. However, we have purchased dedicated instances from them since which should have solved this problem since now we have servers allocated to us and us alone. But if these issues are still occuring for you, please send us a support request and we will fix the issue ASAP in your account. Again sorry for the issues you have been facing!
