Limit reached after 2-3 minutes usage and not renewed
I want to support your work and not ask for refund but there has not been any response when I send to support email about my usage limit being 0:00 after only 2-3 minutes of usage. And it's a new month, but still the 0:00 is not restored to 120mins. I hope you guys have explanation, or at least respond to the email - so that we are informed of what is going on and not keep being uninformed.

I apologize for the issue you have faced with this. We have since fixed the issue 100% and I believe someone from our team manually corrected this error in your account last week.
