Your theme got banned from Themeforest for copywrite issues, corretc? :/

No, actually we were not banned due to copyright issues. It was actually a decision made by the Envato theme due to some technical difficulties and it was for the Deep theme in almost 4 years ago. The Deep theme has since been updated a great deal and the current version is not in any way comparable to that version.
So, I assure you that you will not regret checking it out. š
