- Hello. I know you don't have agency plans. But I'm thinking if offering a managed service. Ill create the forms for my clients and install it on my clients website. No need for them to log in. Then ill use webhooks so all notifications come from my email address. Dose will this use case work if I use your tool? If so... Can we create workspaces for each client under this plan? Just for organising. Thanks
- I’m quite concerned about the support responsiveness. I emailed almost 24 hours ago regarding an issue, but I haven’t received any acknowledgement or confirmation that my request was received, let alone an actual response. For a SaaS product, especially when an issue is preventing implementation, I would expect at least an acknowledgement within a reasonable timeframe. Can the DeftForm team clarify what the typical response time is for emails sent to your support team, and whether waiting 24+ hours without even an acknowledgement is considered normal?
- Hi Deftform team, I’m considering your AppSumo lifetime plan. Could you please confirm: Do you use the 2021 EU SCCs despite the DPA referencing 2010? Which subprocessors and AI providers can access responses? Are minors’ and health data covered? How quickly are deleted responses removed from backups and subprocessors? Does eSignature include a verifiable audit trail? Is Deftform itself ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified? Thanks!
