AlthashQ: creation and printing of Transcripts of Academic Records
We would like to ask if your software can support the creation and printing of Transcripts of Academic Records. Specifically, we would like to know if:
We can create or customize a form or template where we can enter students’ course and grade information;
The system can generate a document in the format of an official academic transcript based on that data;
The generated transcript can be printed and/or exported (e.g., PDF) so that we can provide it to our students as their official Transcript of Academic Record.
Is this functionality currently available in your system? If so, could you please share how it is implemented (e.g., via templates, custom report builder, or a transcript module)?

I'm not really sure what "official academic transcript" means here. Deftform is a form builder, first and foremost, where admins can create forms and have people fill them out. The way I understand your question is that you want to create a PDF file with data you input yourself. Not sure you'll need a form builder for this.
But in general, you could use Deftform for this, yes. You can also create/export PDF files for each submission. But you cannot change anything other than the logo on that PDF (workspace logo). So I'm not sure if that meets your use-case.
