1. Can you assign scores or values to individual answers (or at least hidden fields) and sum them to determine a category or result?
2. Can you set up multiple thank-you/redirect pages based on answer conditions or score thresholds?
3. Can you send the participant a customized result email immediately after submission, with results specific to their category or score?
4. Does the interface allow you to preview these branching paths (so you’re confident how participants will see it)?
5. If not built-in, can you use the webhook/API to detect the category and trigger an outcome email/automated workflow via Zapier/Make etc?

We currently don’t offer quiz-style forms. So, you currently cannot assign scores inside Deftform. You’d have to do this externally. But you can create charts of the accumulated responses, eg. see that x people voted A and y people voted B.
Thank you pages and redirects are currently global for each form, they are not conditional. But this has been requested before and we plan to implement this in a future update.
Emails can be sent to respondents right after filling out a form. Some fields can be used to personalize this email.
We so offer webhooks and also an API, but again, nothing quiz specific will be delivered via these methods. We also have a first-party Make integration.
