The post clearly states this:
"If you already purchased the backlink removal and / or the custom SMTP settings, feel free to get in touch with us for a dedicated discount."
So, get in touch via the in-product contact form (so we know who you are) and let us know you want to purchase the "Extended" add-on. We will then issue a dedicated, one-time discount code.
