Q: How to enable 2-minute limit?
Hi Andreas,
How can we re-enable the 2-minute limit restriction with the Business add-on?
We would like to enable 2/5/10-minute time limit restriction on some workspaces (to prevent spam).

Aug 25, 2025A: Hi, the 2-minute restriction is actually not a feature, but a way to prevent scammers from using our platform (as they have done multiple times). So there is no setting to enable or disable it, or to change the duration.
If the limit is not active anymore, that means we either manually removed it, or you purchased an add-on. You should enable ALTCHA (within the form settings) to prevent spam.
