Meaning that the operators will fill in the respective forms from the production lines with the output that they had done everyday
Thanks for getting back. In general, Deftform can be used to collect this data. You can then export it and do whatever you need with this data. You can also soon create custom charts based on certain form fields to get a direct glimpse of the responses.

Instead of creating custom charts, why not you also include features just to show the data in "table" form? It is simpler and easier to implement.
