Q: Integration and E2EE
Hello Andreas,
I am a more than satisfied buyer of InPrivy, excellent job thus far, I see exciting things happening. Really like the clean stress free layout.
1.) Does Deftform have any unique integrations with InPrivy?
2.) Any capabilities (current or planned?) to incorporate E2EE into the form?
I use Proton in part of my stack and with the addition of InPrivy to that, as far as I know, Anonform [com] is the only E2EE form that has the capability for all parts of the transfer to be E2EE.
Thank you in advance for any information,
Chris

Dec 4, 2025A: Hi there,
Glad you like InPrivy.
We currently don't have a direct integration between Deftform and InPrivy. But I remember this has been asked before. We'd still need to figure out a good use-case that would benefit our customers.
E2EE might be something for a future update as this would involve a lot of rewriting of our code base. Right now, (form) data is encrypted at rest.
I'm a bit confused, do you want E2EE at the inPrivy or Deftform level?
Regarding inPrivy integration with Deftform, I think a good example would be secure password sharing.
For example, a client gives me access to their panel, FTP, etc., and this is transferred to inPrivy, while all other data ends up in the form. The password can be opened using a link added to the form, for example, three times.
This way, data storage would be separated from the password itself, and there would be control over how many times someone opens the link. The password wouldn't be stored in the email I receive from the form etc.
