By default, forms have a small "Powered by Deftform" branding, yes. But this can be removed via a one-time payment.

I'd pay to have it not be in our custom domain too. like CNAME.DOMAIN.COM url.
I don’t fully understand this comment... Custom domains are included. You can add a custom domain per workspace. The backlink removal is valid for all workspaces in an account.

yeah i have a custom domain already but when someone goes to that custom domain it shows the DeftForm logo. Can that be removed too?
You can simply upload your own logo in the workspace settings. You may also define a default form that is shown when the URL is opened without any parameters.
