Essentially what QAbot said. It's available via a one-time payment directly within the platform. It's not included in the LTD.

This was previously answered by andreas_ivymayhem who said you can use a custom domain (one per workspace) and you can remove the “Powered by” backlink via a one-time payment — check the “Access/Billing” section in the user navigation.
