Is there a way to organize the form by sections and/or pages?
Is there a way to "auto-number" the questions?

We do think about adding sections, that allow you to place fields in and then optionally add conditions to whole sections. But that's something for mid-2026.
I'm not sure what you mean by "auto-number the questions". We generate unique IDs per form per submission, but not sure what you mean with questions.

No, what I mean is to assign numbers to the questions. An outline of the form.... Section A, Question 1....So if I have 10 questions, they will be numbered (and renumbered if I change their order) automatically.
You could probably use the "Paragraph/Text" element for this (in combination with the field label): https://help.deftform.com/formfields/paragraph
Might involve a bit more work, but that way you could "number" the questions.
