Q: Usefulness in education and academic

I’m planning to use it to collect data for social science research, and I have a few questions to clarify.
First, is Deftform a reliable tool for gathering survey data for academic purposes?
Second, can we customise the variables?
And finally, does Deftform have its own translator for multilingual surveys?
