Hi! I'm evaluating Deftform for a quote request workflow. I need to confirm:
1. Webhook on submission — Does Deftform send a webhook with all field data instantly when a form is submitted?
2. Make.com integration — Is there a reliable connection with Make to trigger automated workflows?
3. Conditional logic — Can fields be shown/hidden based on previous answers?
4. Submission limits — Are there caps on paid plans?
My goal: Deftform → Make → WhatsApp notifications to team members + HubSpot CRM (auto-create contact & deal on every submission). Is this fully achievable with Deftform?

Yes, Deftform can send an instant webhook to one or more endpoints when a form was submitted (see https://help.deftform.com/nice-to-know/using-webhooks).
Yes, we have a dedicated Make integration that can listen to submitted forms (see https://help.deftform.com/integrations/make).
Yes, we offer basic conditional logic to show/hide fields based on previous answers. This is currently limited to one condition per field, but we plan to extend this.
No, there are no submission limits.
