✅ Easy to use for my audience- my respond rate is much higher than when I used Typeform, even though I changed none of the content
✅ Embeds beautifully, I have it on my courses so people can fill it in without leaving the page

As for quizzes, we have had this request a few times already and plan to integrate this at some point. The backlog is already filled with lots of great additions.

Awesome forms creation product
I've tried several form creation products to date and happy to have found Deftform. Creating a form with them is an easy and pleasant experience and there are powerful, yet simple ways to customize each form. For those users who only need to use one CNAME or mostly embed thier forms, it may be a great value.
I hope that over time the team will consider adding options to change the forms OG images and "Submit" button for its foreign language equivalent for each form not just generic settings - it will work wonders for multilingual users.

Changing the text of the submit button is already possible for quite some time. You can do that in the form settings. Also, today we launched SEO settings on a per-form basis. This also includes adding an OG image per form. So you now have 3 ways to set an OG image (on a workspace level, with custom styles and per form).
