I love the product as it aligns with my preference for tools that focus on simplicity and perform their functions well. Still, I think that specially in terms of UX, but also in terms of functionality, there is room for improvement.

UX issues:
1. I personally don't like that adding an element opens a pop up that overlays the form structure I am working on, as many times when adding a new element I still need to check the structure of other fields in the form, it would be much better IMO to have a two columns approach to adding elements, where you can have the form structure in the left side, and the configuration of the new element in the right side.
2. That I can not convert a field type into another one is an issue for me, many times I added a short-text and wanted to transform it into a long-text and this is not possible. I find this frustrating.
4. Is great to have a "spacer" field, but I think it should be an extra "extra small" option to it, or an option to add manually the height of it.

Functionality:
1. Having the possibility to add my custom domain and then add the slug I want is great, BUT having to still using a unique identifier after the slug kinds of kills the purpose of creating an easy to remember slug for the form.
2. A huge feature missing to me is the possibility to have multi step forms (it seems like is coming)

In the good side of things:
1. I love that I can add a custom domain and custom SMTP
2. I love the extensive options to brand the forms in the style I want. Big plus!

Overall I love the tool, but as said, there is still room for improvement.
