No way to get support
I don't receive email notifications when someone submitted the form. I wanted to resolve this with customer support, but there is no way to contact them.
First of all, I just want to say the tool looks really great and has a lot of potential. The overall idea is strong, and the product already feels very promising.
I noticed a bug related to the phone number field validation and wanted to share it in case it is helpful.
Right now, users can enter letters into the phone number field and still submit the form, which does not seem correct.
Then, if a condition is added requiring the field to be numeric, the behavior flips the other way: even when a valid phone number is entered, the form shows an error and cannot be submitted.
So at the moment, the field seems to fail in both directions:
it allows clearly invalid input
but it also rejects valid input when numeric validation is enabled.
I thought it was worth flagging because it could affect form reliability quite a bit. If there's a way to fix it asap please let me know since I couldn't find support contact.
Aside from that, the tool honestly looks excellent and I can see a lot of potential in it.

The reason you don't receive email notifications is because you haven't enabled them in the form settings, it's that simple. In the "After submit" section, you can find the "Admin notification" section where you add email addresses. Nothing hidden, nothing complicated.
Also, at the bottom of **every page** (when logged-in), there is a "Contact support" link which opens our support widget. It allows you to directly contact us, search the help center and ask a question to our trained AI.
We cannot make everything pop into peoples faces, sometimes you just have to look around and actually use the product...
You have quite a lot of freedom with validation. If you don't want specific characters in a field, you can use a Regex, if you only want numbers, add the "Number" validation – it does not flip the other way when used correctly.
Feel free to get in touch via the support widget. Your 3 tacos rating is unjustified, if you ask me. But we just have to live with this when selling on AppSumo...
