Can I check how can I do so? When I select the video to download, it re-directs me to pay instead while my credits are not being utilised.

YOu guys called me and said I cannot use appsumo credits if Im a business, but the listing says its for small businesses. Please clarify what you are selling on appsumo if its not for business use? Why would personal people buy this sale? Only business people buy on appsumo.
