Q: How it's different from rocketium, canva, youzign and stancil?

A: Design Wizard is different from other products in terms of the quality of our content and value we offer our customers.

For example, we offer a lot of features for free that others don’t and our licensing plan is really straightforward, transparent and automatically includes multiple use licensing.

Check out our comparison page for the full breakdown: https://www.designwizard.com/how-do-we-compare/

We've also currently got 1 million images and 20K templates in our library that are unique to us.

Thanks,
Mícheál

Your comparison with Canva isn't accurate. They have multi use, no expire, upload fonts, ready made text blocks, custom canvas, and Canva 2.0 also adds the ability to export created designs as an animated gif or video.

With that said, this is a LTD and Canva is $12.99/month.

I just wanted to add one more point here:

With our Apprentice plan (free) If you make a design and the cost is $2 then you would pay $2. If you want the print quality version then you would pay $10.

BUT with our Pro version, regardless of how many paid/premium assets you use or if you download the print quality version, it will only cost you ONE of your 60 credits.

So let's say you are on our Pro plan, and add $7 worth of assets to your design, then choose print quality, it would still only cost you 1 credit to download the design, not 7 credits for the assets used, or $10 for print quality.

Here's a video to further explain:

This includes an extended use license, all for just one credit and you get 60 of them each month with our pro plan

Hi Michael, I reply here as I can;t reply in your previous comment. I tried the Apprentice plan, and indeed it's neat and fast, but you're really missing an align/distribute function between objects. For example if you move one object close to another, you'll see alignment guides appearing and have a slight snap that will make sure your objects are aligned/centered. And a function to distribute a few objects equally spaced within a certain distance (between the two further objects, or relative to the page's height or width, for example).
These are really needed functions.

I have Youzign LTD since quite a while, the main difference I see is that Youzign integrates free libs like pixabay, iconfinder, sockunlimited etc, and these are either low resolution (for images) or watermarked (for vectors).
I couldn't even integrate my stockunlimited LTD account for vectors, so I have to download/upload the icons I want, which is sad.
Finally Youzign is made in flash, which is getting more and more an issue. Not sure if/when they'll update, and if my LTD will survive the update...

I haven't heard of Youzign until now. Must check it out.

We've got 1 million+ images and 20,000 templates that won't be found in any of our competitors library. We also integrate with Pikwizard, a free stock photo site with over 100K free images.

Other integrations can be requested here:

We have had some interesting comparisons versus other tools from other sumo-lings that I thought might be useful to mention:

"I've used a lot of the design tools on the market, have to say this is one of the best I've used. Customer support has been awesome. I highly recommend!"

"I've been using the free (and for a time the paid) Canva account. The UI in canva is familiar and easy to navigate. However, the Design Wizard UI and experience is far superior. This is probably the best (and I don't say that lightly) interface that I've ever used. I'm eager to hear about the roadmap. As far as Canva, the features I really wanted was transparent image download and resizing, which for $12.99/mo wasn't worth it. Sumolings will not be disappointed."

"This is just amazing! I thought Canva LTD would be a real deal... This is so much better! Now I am sure that the Design Wizard is the last design tool I will ever need."

"I really liked the smooth interface, no loading time, no errors to download files.
If I compare with Illustrator or Photoshop to design, design wizard will be the fastest way to customize each element."

"I own RelayThat. What I love about this tool is the thousands of templates they have available. The designs are FANTASTIC. RelayThat is just mehhhh. I bought this tool because of all the premade templates that I can just use for my different applications. RelayThat doesn't even come close."

"RelayThat is mehhhh....Design Wizard's premade templates are AWESOME. You got lots and lots of great designed templates."

"I have never seen anything better than this. This edditing is very smoooth and lite. Super Lite. I'll give that, you don't want to edit when it's not smooth. Smoother than my photoshop.
And the design, they are very very good actually and when you highlight it's much more easer to drag around. I just check designbold, too bulky"

All of these responses have been extracted from reviews and comments by your fellow sumo-lings right here on this deal page. We are getting a lot of positive feedback when compared to our competitors, unfortunately there hasn't been any from a fellow youzign user, but might be worth signing up for a free Apprentice account and taking a look around the product before making a decision on whether or not to buy the deal.

At the moment we have the grid to help with the alignment, but I agree that what you are describing would be great. Would love if you could give us your full opinion here in the feature request form.

The insight would be invaluable

Just a note to say I am spending almost $40/month on Canva for the Team versions + added cost of any non-premium included images, etc... And images (say for $1) only are licensed for 24 hours.

I did wonder, if this has a team account availability? I would really love to have that added on.

+1 to the alignment/snapping feature.

Michael, just want to let you know that the place you paste text from make the right side of your paragraphs hidden under the sidebar here in the AppSumo comments.

Thanks "TammysOffices"

We don't have a sub account/team account feature, but it's something we've been asked about recently and definitely something we would consider.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the best way to do it through our feature request form:

Micheal - it will not allow me into the doc - says it does not exist any more???

If we need 'Team' access we have to give the team our log ins then?

Hi Tammysoffice,

That's strange, it's set to public and we've had lots of other sumo-lings access it.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1NQetJglV52IrT5gYW8ODY8YkYBEz6Dk1bBqai8a1TqI/

Do you want to follow up with me directly and I'll get to the bottom of it?

Thanks Knector,

Seems to be an Appsumo issue, their engineers are looking into it.
