I have been playing around with the app trying all the features, which I love for my training, coaching, and consulting business.

But my favorite thing so far, is the CEO reached out to me personally, thanked me, and wanted feedback on anything I saw that needed improvement or suggestions. And so I thanked him and gave him some suggestions which he then personally responded back talking about my suggestions (and how they will actually implement them and put them on the roadmap as he felt it was a good idea) and thanked me for the email. All while giving me links to live demonstrations on how to use the app and inviting me to the masterclass coming up this week.

I am loving all the options that I can use this platform for (it's beautiful and organized so nicely.) I love the easier and FULL control I have over participants and their mics and cameras whereas in Zoom I have so much trouble controlling the room and the people in the room (since usually it's just me running the meetings)-zoom doesn't flow as easily for me as it should in a group setting and recording format.

With GoBrunch and its easy to follow visual format, I have so much control over how I allow certain participants to engage (or not engage) in the meeting much more easily. Where as zoom it's less visual and while it can work, GoBrunch feels so much easier and more intuitive for me-I feel I am not fumbling or scrambling like I am in Zoom. Yes, each one has a mute all feature, but GoBrunch and my creative mindset follows the flow of GoBrunch more easily.

In GoBrunch the smaller cameras (and beautiful table formats) for the nonparticipants are a more eye-appealing view for my recordings too. Maybe you have had that issue in zoom where you are recording in gallery view and someone is doing something on camera (as they have forgotten they are on camera and distract from the message of the speaker), or even in speaker view how someone makes a noise and the camera will switch to someone who isn't speaking.

I am loving all the new things I am learning with what this app can do...but the real gem for me is someone behind the company who truly cares about the people using it. Customer service is above and beyond.

This is one app I was really excited about to start using for my business, and the onboarding of kindness in making sure I am considered and heard right after the purchase has really made a huge difference for me.

A great app is a beautiful thing, but a great app with people who care about YOU and your success with it is an amazing thing to be a part of.
