Fast Turn Around and Useful
# some background
I use Canva, DesignBold, Stencil, and YouZign as online designing tools.
As for the Offline tools, Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer for mac are my go-to tools. (yeah PhotoShop is a thing of the past for me).
And for design resources, definitely the DepositPhoto and DesignCuts bundles.
# Pros of Design Wizard
1. Scored A+ in the speed department. The problem with most online tools, they are not as fast as the offline tools. DesignBold and YouZign are both very laggy for me (in my local country outside the US), especially the latter. The only time I use them when I am away from my MacBook (and that is a very rare occasion).
But not DesignWizard, it is really an online tool that I can rely on.
2. WorkFlow is great. Importing photos, vectors, etc from a bundle, combined with looking through for what you need, takes time, and no small amount of time.
with online resources built-in there, searching, importing, editing, take far smaller time, this make the workflow more efficient and fun.
This is a real plus, compared to offline tools like Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer.
3. Editing. This is what makes DesignWizard stand out I believe, the editing panel for each layer is enough for the editor to do most simple yet easy editing.
4. Templates. the templates are really great by design, I don't need to spend my brain and mental power to much while using this, thus the power could be put for better cause ( developing the site, styling it by html and css, build the SEO, etc)
# Cons :
1. The magnetic or snap tool is lacking.
2. The categories. on the homepage the categories are quite neat and we can search everything pretty fast. But in the backend, we need to scroll down to find the good template. ( please add some categories somehow for the faster browsing of the templates ). For both Image Resources and Templates.
#resume
Although it can't beat the offline tools like Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer, on the design and customization department.
DesignWizard has a good workflow, and fast turnaround, making it a good production tool for social media.
In long run, the $49 will pay for itself, ten times.
