1. I am in the International Trade Industry (Import/Export Business). Does the Deskera platform support Letters of Credit as a payment type?

You can create Credit Cards, Banks and Undeposited Funds as payment types in Deskera Books. I believe LOC can be fit into one of these as per its usage

2. Does the Deskera platform have a Client Portal?

Deskera supports Forms & Landing Pages in CRM as means to interact with Clients and provide them the information they require. This combined with our Automation tool allows you to create workflows that let users get the information they require as soon as they submit a form. Using Automation, you can trigger response to actions performed by the client when they submit the Form

3. Does the Deskera platform supports the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic & Hebrew?

Deskera does support Arabic as we support compliance for Saudi Arabia and even for Dubai. Currently that support is for certain areas like Contact Name, Address, Organization name, Product details etc

4. Can the Deskera platform be fully white labeled. E.g., Custom Domain, CNAME, Email Notification, etc.?

You can define your own custom domain for the Support Page you create using Deskera CRM, you can setup your own email for sending invoices/quotes/orders, email campaigns etc currently
