Q: I bought this the last time it was featured on AS.
I need some clarification as to what is included in the deal.
When I tried adding a bank, I get a prompt for upgrading to Startup/Essential/Professional plan. Clearly the software is broken and when I am asking support I am asked to pay a monthly fee to get the bank integration. This is probably due to the fact that the plan we get is mapped to professional-a and is not being recognized.
The dev team first indicated that I had to pay the fee as it was not included in the plan, when I indicated why this was a bug I was told that the Product team now said the same.
I have sent over dozen replies and I have be told the only way to get the bank integration is paying a monthly fee. So what am i getting here? if I am paying a monthly fee.
Please help me on this

So I am on a professional plan but I am not able to access features of the professional plan.
What plan will I need to purchase on top of this to get the direct deposit, it is asking me to upgrade to startup/essential and professional? I dont see anything higher than professional that I am on.

Payroll is offered with Direct Deposit but it comes at a charge as the 3rd party services that are employed levies a charge that is - $1 per employee (one time) + $0.50 per transaction fee.
To Activate it you have to add your credit card to https://gous.deskera.com/billing and then in Deskera People add in your Bank Account in Settings.
Thanks, this reply helps. I wish the helpdesk gave me this clarification rather than that it is not available to me and need to have a credit card and update plan.
The pricing is totally fair, and agreed it makes sense to be pushed down if it costs money on the backend.
