Where are free users section?
The 10 free users are the limit for Deskera Books & Deskera CRM.
100 team members are the limit for Deskera People, i.e. to say you can process payroll for 100 employees in Deskera People

May I know a bit on how custom branding works? On which places, areas or systems can we use our own custom branding. Does it include custom domains or CNAME or it's just branding; i.e logo, brand name and color?

You can Map your custom domain (e.g. helpcenter.example.com) with the Help Center which you've set up using our Sales' Guide module.
