I have spent the past few weeks looking for JUST the right product stack for my growing business to take us into 2021 and beyond.

I got everything in place relatively painlessly (I'll admit, some of it was sheer chance!), except the CRM. I bought everything I could find. Tried it out. Asked questions.

Let me just say that often, asking questions and getting answers was like pulling teeth.

Many of the deals looked great on the surface, but once I dug a little deeper there were a ton of complaints and dissatisfaction and people just not happy with what they were getting, or promises that had been made and not fulfilled.

Scary stuff, that, when you're planning on basing your infrastructure on software.

I'll also say that I did not even really pay much attention to Deskera because it seems like FAR MORE than I needed. Payroll? Ha! Maybe some day. I'm in startup mode right now.

But, see, the name kept popping up.

Defectors from other systems were looking at Deskera and really digging in, and seeing gold.

So, I checked it out.

And I asked a TON of questions.

And I joined the FB group, and saw how they interacted with their customers.

(Another team MAY have had a group, but you had to request to join, and they didn't guarantee acceptance, so I joined a member-led group, which was, frankly, full of really not-cool stories. You'd think businesses would learn about engaging their customer base, but...whatever.)

I loved how they interacted with the group.

And with me.

I loved where they say they are going.

And their thoughtful posting in the group about different features and plans.

So, I've bought in. And I'm thrilled that I now have a MORE powerful system than I need. And I highly recommend trying it out. It seems that while I was looking for a solution for growth in 2021, I may have found my solution for the next 5-10 years.
