Running a small business is hard because you wear many hats and you're all over the place. Deskera simplifies things by keeping lots of needed features in one place. Sure you need time to learn the tool, but once you do, it gets the job done well and saves tons of time. I switched over from Fiskl because of the additional features of the CRM and HR. Usually, when you have a tool that has so many features, it gets bloated and overwhelming but Deskera takes a great approach to this - it actually splits up HR, CRM and Accounting. They are 3 separate apps but data is connected between them.
The other great thing about Deskera is that they are listening to their users and implementing quickly. I haven't yet decided whether I'm going to use ALL the features Deskera has like the CRM or email marketing campaigns or even the page builder, but at the rate they are being developed and with focused intent, those features will most likely be smoothly implemented if I need them because of the vision of the team. Heck, for the accounting and payroll alone it's worth it because of the time savings. I'm going to pick up a couple more codes.
