What I like about Deskera / Deal
🌮 It is a 3 in 1 cloud platform for managing your entire small business (front office, back office, and people)
🌮 Deskera Books has all the standard reporting compliant to each country (I haven't double checked everything but it looks good from the getgo - might be because they are based in Asia where I am from)
🌮 Deskera Sales - Email editor is really good, rivals that of Mailchimp!
🌮 Deskera People - Love the Expense Claims and e-Leaves
🌮 Mobile Apps!

What I think may need some improvements on?
🌮 Paypal app - invoicing, connected and did not do anything. It was supposed to take my invoices on Paypal and bring it to Deskera
🌮 Because of the large feature set of this platform, it is much overwhelming to set up -- like it is a full blown ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle). Too overwhelming for a solopreneur!
🌮 Overlaps with my HR Partner. I love HRPartner, it has everything an HRMS needs + more. When comparing to People, not sure if Deskera people can comply with Withholding tax requirements
🌮 Overlaps with my SuiteDash. I love my SuiteDash, it does everything I need and does Project Management + more. ConvergeHub is my 2nd go to CRM here on AppSumo.
🌮 Integrations... I don't see as many integrations to external platforms as expected. Maybe because they do everything? Also, there should be common modules between each major module like Contacts.

All in all, I think this one is still a great deal for many. Managing their entire business on a single platform!
