CRM. Sales. Books. YES! (everything, no)
While it's not a 1:1 comparison, Deskera provides a lot more value and polish than SuiteDash. SuiteDash tried to do too much, but was ultimately let down by its dated UI and extremely poor UX.
Deskera feels like a breath of fresh air in this "all-in-one" space. The UI is extremely modern (it has one of the best apps I've used for any SaaS LTD) and the UX is clearly well designed and tested.
That being said, I do feel as though Deskera needs to be very cautious. They have recently launched a Website Builder, and plan to launch a feature similar to a Shopify store front.
While I understand these make a degree of sense when it comes to providing solutions that directly tie into your Sales platform, I wish they simply deeply-integrated with the big players in the space and left the heavy lifting to them, while providing a robust system to manage it all.
The Website Builder feels very lackluster and when you have competitors like Divi, Elementor, Oxygen, Astra, Brizy, etc. etc., it feels even more underwhelming, so it's begs the question, who's really going to use this feature? It will simply take far too long and too many resources to get anywhere near the competition, so why bother?
The Shopify storefront functionality hasn't launched yet, but I can't help but get the feeling it'll be similar in quality to the website builder. Those two features truly need to be the end of their expedition outside of their core 3 platforms, CRM, Sales and Books, because those work really, really well, and have received a ton of support and updates based on community feedback.
I picked up the CompanyHub LTD and believe that it's one of the best, if not the best, CRMs for B2B, but Deskera is a very solid solution for managing your business, your employees and inventory, as well as B2C Marketing. It falls ever so slightly short in some areas, but with the remarkable amount of updates that have been made since I've purchased it, it appears as though the gaps will decrease quickly as time passes.
Highly recommend picking this up before it goes away.
