Wow! I’m amazed at the potential that Deskera shows! I’ve been working with so many different apps, stitching together the ideal solution for running our ecommerce website. ERPs, order & inventory management systems, as well as various marketing tools & CRMs, customer support ticket system, not to mention QuickBooks Online for accounting. Plus on top of that developing our ecommerce website.
Then along comes Deskera with a truly all-in-one solution to potentially replace all of the above under one roof! I’m thrilled!
Can’t wait to dive into using Deskera to bring everything together in one interface to make managing our business so much easier!
One thing in particular that I love and convinced me to pull the trigger, is the idea that with Deskera. our customer support ticket system is integrated with our order management system! So when dealing with customers inquiring about their purchase, all of their order details will be integrated and accessible in the same interface! I’ve been looking for a solution like this for a while (and preferably like to use LTDs). The best I could do was stitch together various SaaS apps using Zapier (which worked, but admittedly is not as elegant or seamless of an integration as this Deskera solution seems!)
