I was incidentally looking for an accounting solution for my new company when Deskera landed on AppSumo. While there are many do-it-all solutions available, most either fall short in two aspects for me, either they get too clunky and difficult to use for my team, or they do not support the Indian compliance system. Thankfully, Deskera solves both. While I haven't got the chance to test all aspects of Deskera, I did take Books for a test run with the Demo functionality that Deskera offers. Comparing it to the cumbersome applications that we used earlier, Deskera seems to be pretty much easier to use. The UX is a a breeze to use for someone like me who finds accounting to be a confusing and boring task. While I do have my qualms with Books being more suited for goods based businesses, I have full faith in Shashank and team that they'll soon make it better suited for service based businesses like mine, looking at how active they are on the Facebook group.

What I like about the deal:

• Great UI/UX
• Compliance with Indian taxes
• Superb community (responsive Facebook group) and support

Even though I don't plan to use Sales (CRM) and People (HRM) anytime soon, it still is a pretty great deal. Strongly recommend you to buy it while it lasts.
