Still quite a few bugs to work out

I really want to love this.

But I've now run into 2 fairly significant bugs, just within the CRM module on days 1-2.

Bug 1: Cannot connect to Gmail due to a security error in the Deskera to Google Sign In authentication service. Reached out to Deskera support and they said "Thank you for that information. I am raising a ticket with my product team." Which is a fine response, but I would expect some sort of update now 24 hours later. Is there a workaround, an expected resolution time frame, we're removing that feature until it's ready, or something else?

Bug 2: When adding a contact, there is an address field. But once the contact is created, the address field disappears, even if it was populated on creation. Again, raised to support and was again told this is a bug that has been reported to the product team. I was a little concerned too that the support agent who answered me did not realize at first that this was a standard field, but instead thought I had created a custom field. IMO, support should probably know (or be able to quickly check) which elements are included in the core. Again, 24 hours later and no resolution or update.

I think this product has amazing potential, but at this point I'm not ready to ditch my other tools for Deskera. I'm going to wait until the end of the 60 day window to see if things improve. If they do, I'll be happy to update this review and keep the product!

>>> We made a change request for the google signup. This was made a few weeks ago, to remove the security message we used to get earlier. A couple of days ago, Google requested some changes to the way we connect and we have made the changes already and submitted a new change request. While those changes take effect (tentative timeline from Google is a week, but it may take longer), we encounter this error message. This is a temporary situation though, and once the change is accepted by Google, you will be able to connect.

>>> The address is shown when we go to edit the contact (using the edit icon on the left-hand side when you highlight a contact). It is not present in the overview screen though (accessed by clicking on the contact.) The idea was to limit the overview screen to conversations/emails/activities and some quick actions instead of showing all the details. In hindsight, we should have shown the address field on the overview screen as well. This is not a bug, but rather UX feedback, and we are on board with this.

We will keep you updated on the progress.
