Yesterday I turned down the Deskera deal as I found out that the integration to Facebook, live chat, whatsapp was not available and not presented in the product roadmap. Then I joined the Facebook group and raised my question. Then I got the answer an hour after that. And to be more surprised, my colleague told me this morning that she just received the email support from Deskera that we could try using the integration. That's super fast. That's why I want to buy Deskera now & discover more. Thanks team for being very responsive. Hopefully, you can keep the engine go far and beyond.
