I love the fact that Deskera provides a complete solution for managing every step of a Business. I don't have to use multiple tools to handle invoicing, project management, file sharing, client communication, accounting, inventory, help desk, email marketing campaigns, HRM, payroll, feedback cycle, etc. I used different CRM software and so far this is the best fit for me.because it is All-in-one software
Deskera CRM is a complete CRM suite. It has all the software needed to run a business in one place. Easy and intuitive navigation on their system. Easy to understand and can complete tasks really fast. Deskera HRM portal is amazing, its very easy to manage payroll, expenses, time tracking, etc.
Deskera Books is just a fantastic tool. Deskera is great and hit all the marks for me, the interface is simple and intuitive and the price point at my scale is just unbeatable. I can't see any other accounting system after using Deskera Books. This is the best bang for the buck you can get if you are a startup, an independent freelancer, or just need invoicing to start. There is no other system comparable with Deskera at this price point.
Their customer support is amazing. Really fast response to solve issues. They also listen to the customer's requirements and make improvements to the system. Love them for this!
