Pros:
Deskera is so feature-packed it is challenging to narrow down the pros. The design, especially for mobile is excellent. It already has a good number of integrations. The all-in-one covers just about everything you need to operate a business of any kind. Custom fields really expand the options and applications.

Cons:
Deskera is not an easy tool to understand. It takes a lot of time invested to get setup and there are so many details that it can be daunting to get started. Also, there is a good amount of proprietary terminology that you have to get used to. Things like "power users" and some other unconventional structuring are confusing.

Deskera is the tool that I didn't know I needed. I had used other simple accounting/CRM tools and was getting by fine. I recently changed from an LLC to an S-corp and now have a greater need for a payroll module. Deskera hits the mark on this just perfectly and covers CRM, e-comm, accounting, and assets to boot. So far Deskera is more than I need and I am looking forward to growing my business within the tool.
